He also litigates and arbitrates claims involving non-compete and trade secrets, ownership disputes and business divorces, service and indemnity agreements, unpaid debts, and franchise disputes.
Billy is a seasoned public speaker and regularly speaks on employment and business law topics throughout Texas. He earned his degree in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin in 2000 and his J.D. from Baylor Law School in 2002. He has been selected by his peers for Thomson Reuters’ Texas Super Lawyers list every year since 2012.
